To avoid boredom as a result of the monotonous lecture method, appropriate learning media are needed. One of the learning media that can be used is multimedia. This study aims to describe the multimedia-based Islamic Cultural History learning in MTs. Muhammadiyah 2 Malang and learning outcomes of SKI using multimedia in MTs. Muhammadiyah 2 Malang. This study uses a qualitative approach and the type of descriptive research with the subject of MTs students. Muhammadiyah 2 Malang and a lecturer in Islamic Cultural History as the main informants. Supporting data for this research was obtained from documents in MTs institutions. Muhammadiyah 2 Malang. In this study, the following results were obtained; (1) learning Islamic Cultural History at MTs. Muhammadiyah 2 Malang uses multimedia in the form of power points, videos and comic books; (2) Multimedia helps the learning process to be more effective and efficient and can help students understand the material presented
