The ability to speak English is one of the important factors in the world of work in the era of globalization, however, according to one of the research conducted by an independent institution, that is. The average English proficiency of the Indonesian people is still categorized as a country with low English proficiency. the goal to be achieved in this study is to provide learning method options to students to be able to learn English. The SKY.EC (Sky English Course) educational application is an ANDROID based English education application developed with the waterfall method for grade 4 elementary schools which is integrated with web monitoring for teachers to be able to monitor student grades. Based on the questionnaire conducted from 21 respondents, the application trial got 83% good feedback. This proves that the use of English education applications as a means of teaching and learning has an impact on students' abilities
