The purpose of this research is to analyze and determine the time and labor costs to achieve time and cost optimization in the construction of the Mulawarman Bridge in Tarakan. The analysis technique in this study uses the Critical Path Method (CPM). The results of the analysis of this study indicate that the construction of the Mulawarman Bridge with the Critical Path Method (CPM) is faster by using the CPM, it is found that the construction time of the Mulawarman Bridge is 52 days, this is faster than the real time and the labor cost required to complete is Rp. Rp. 515.700.000. By Using CPM Analysis, CV. Monalisa can save Rp. 201.400.000 and Save 19 Weeks time
