IMPLEMENTASI METODE UCD PADA FASE DESAIN DALAM RANCANG BANGUN MARKETPLACE UMKM KOTA BATU

Bumiaji Village, Batu City, found a village with a fairly large MSME market in Batu City and has its own MSME market. All sales activities and transactions are still manual. The effect of product stock, prices are still difficult to control, goods with good quality can still enter a low price. Not only that, customers who want to buy goods arrive at the MSME market. This is considered less efficient if the customer is located outside the city and must travel long distances. A system is needed for processing customer information, sales, and revisions to improve service to customers, namely: an e-commerce data system where this system provides all sales information, stock items, and transactions carried out. Some of the features to improve service for customers such as direct transactions, being able to see items that have been sent without having to ask for a receipt number manually, will automatically come out in the system. On the other hand, sellers will benefit from transactions and incoming orders can be recorded properly. The results of this study use blackboxes for the system and User Acceptance Test (UAT) for users. From the two tests, the result is that the system can play a good role in accordance with what is desired
