KORELASI ANTARA GRATITUDE DENGAN RESILIENSI PADA REMAJA KORBAN CYBERBULLYING DI MEDIA SOSIAL

Resilience is needed in adolescents who are victims of cyberbullying to encourage positive adaptation to adverse situations and find alternative solutions. However, resilience cannot be formed by itself, and encouragement is needed to form resilience in adolescents which is gratitude in this study. Gratitude makes adolescents accept positive and negative experiences or things that occur in life to bring out positive emotions and eliminate negative emotions as a source of resilience formation. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between Gratitude and Resilience in adolescent victims of cyberbullying. A total of 200 subjects participated in this study based on purposive sampling with inclusion criteria of age 13-20 years old and experienced cyberbullying on social media. Data collection using The Gratitude Questionnaire-6 and Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC). Test data analysis using the Spearman correlation technique. The results showed that the correlation coefficient was 0.845 and the significance was 0.00. It can be concluded that there is a very strong positive relationship between gratitude and resilience in adolescent victims of cyberbullying. The finding indicates that the higher the value of one variable, the higher the value of other variables, as well as the lower the value of one variable, the lower the value of other variables
