The existence of a covid-19 health emergency in Indonesia certainly requires a design in the flow of health services. One of the problems about mothers who will give birth in one of the hospitals during the pandemic that does not immediately get a crackdown due to swab test results declared reactive, resulting in the loss of life of babies born without the help of health workers.
