In Indonesia, on average, the process of printing meatballs with a medium to lower industrial scale still uses the manual method, namely by hand. Manual printing takes a long time and cleanliness is still questionable. One way to overcome the above problem is to design a meatball printing machine for medium to low-scale industries that can help small entrepreneurs. The purpose of this design is to make a printing machine, calculate the power and capacity of the machine used to make meatballs so that it is useful for medium to lower scale industries and as a solution to make meatball production more efficient and effective. In this design, the primary data used are, the capacity of the meatball dough is 10 kg/hour, and the diameter of the meatball is 25 mm. The results obtained from the calculation of a meatball printing machine with a capacity of 10 kg/hour where the volume of the container tube is 0.3107m³, the screw conveyor capacity is 0.166 kg/minute, and the printout is 7.2 grains/minute
