PENILAIAN RISIKO UPPER-LIMB WORK-RELATED MUSCULOSKELETAL DISORDER (UL-WMSDs) MENGGUNAKAN METODE OCRA CHECKLIST (Studi Kasus di UD. Al-Hadak Sidoarjo)

UD. Al – Hadak is a home industry that produces several types of crackers typical of Sidoarjo. The production process starts from the dough making, dough molding, oven, cooling, separation, coloring, cutting, drying and packing. The production process still uses a lot of human labor which can cause musculoskeletal symptoms. The results of processing the Nordic Body Map questionnaire show that workers felt pain more than 80% in the upper limbs, for example pain in the upper right arm by 90.48% and pain in the right shoulder by 95.24%. From these results, the OCRA Checklist method can be used for more detailed analysis. The calculation of the OCRA Checklist method includes calculating the frequency factor, strength factor, awkward posture and movement factors, additional factors, duration factors and recovery factors. The calculation results show that the highest OCRA Checklist final score is in the separation section by 35.15 (right side, high risk classification, immediate corrective action is needed)
