Penerapan Personal Extreme Programming Untuk Menyelesaikan Masalah Batasan Akses Sistem Point of Sales Pada Bisnis Konsinyasi (Studi Kasus : BUMDes Amadanom)

Unclear client needs in software development have potentially emerged many requirements change during the development process, which conventional development methods cannot handle. Therefore, agile development methods such as Personal Extreme Programming (PXP) are very suitable for unclear needs conditions. However, because the PXP method emphasizes communication with clients, the development time can be longer if there are too many changes in the process. Therefore we need a method to set the priority needs of the software. In this study, the PXP method is combined with the MoSCoW priority method to develop a Point of Sales (POS) system that can be accessed not only by business owners but also product suppliers so that the POS system can be used in a consignment business system such as the BUMDes Amadanom case study. The combination of PXP and MoSCoW successfully optimized the development time, from an estimated 35 days to 29 days. The categorization of user stories based on priority allows developers to focus on their primary needs first. MoSCoW can be a solution to minimize the many changes in the software development process for single developers using the PXP method so that the development time is more optimal
