STRATEGI HUMAS DALAM MENGINFORMASIKAN SEPUTAR COVID-19 DI ERA NEW NORMAL (Studi pada Bidang Informasi dan Komunikasi Publik Pemerintah Kabupaten Lamongan)

Information and Public communication areas are the PR for the government of Lamongan regency. A PR should have an effective and efficient strategy for transmitting information specifically about the covid-19 pandemic in the new normal era. Thus, the research is focusing on the steps and mechanisms of the work for public-relations strategies of Lamongan regency government informing about covid-19 in the new normal era. As for the purpose of his research to find out the level of public relations strategies in informing the covid-19 in the new normal era. The research approach used in this study is qualitative with descriptive types. The data is obtained through observation, interview, and documentation with this subject of study amounts to four people through an impressive sampling of samples. Researchers are using the theory of Scott M. Cutlip to explore a public-relations strategy phase. Data analysis techniques go through four stages; data collection, data reduction/condensation, data presentation and deduction drawing. The research indicates that the field of information and public communication has not updated strategies in an attempt to inform the covid-19 surrounding the new normal era. The field of information and public communication of three sections only optimizes the media of each section in his strategy
