ANALISIS BEBAN MENTAL, BEHAVIOUR DAN EKSTERNAL FAKTOR PENGENDARA PADA JALUR PERLINTASAN LANGSUNG (STUDI KASUS ; PT. KAI)

There are 199 cases of accidents at level crossings involving road drivers. With a high accident factor and insufficient research on motorists at level crossings, this research becomes an analysis to evaluate the rules and systems at level crossings. It is known to the driver that the mental load factor has an influence on the behavior of the driver on the road which makes it a habit to drive. This was then carried out by field observations and surveys using NASA TLX and (DBQ) which resulted in the results that the effort, frustration and temporal demand factors were the cause of the driver's habits resulting from the DBQ, namely Violations. From the results of field observations, it was found that the influence of time and type of vehicle on significant non-compliance so that from this it is necessary to improve facilities and systems at level crossings in order to reduce the risk of violations
