The role of employees as human resources is needed to determine the success of the establishment of a company or agency, this fact makes employees required to have responsibility for the agency and society, and have the desire to work optimally for their choice of work so as to achieve maximum results. Based on this, employee activities, in this case, career calling and career commitment are phenomena in maximizing the role of employees in the company. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the relationship between career commitment and calling. The subjects in this study were Satpol PP employees of Blitar Regency, using a purposive sampling technique with the characteristics determined by the researchers were employees who had a working period of more than 1 year so that 89 employees were assigned, in this study using the Pearson correlation analysis technique based on the product correlation formula. moments. This research design uses a non-experimental method with a qualitative research type. This study uses two types of variables, namely the independent variable, namely commitment and the dependent variable, namely calling. Instruments in this study used The Commitment Career Measure (CCM) and Calling and Vocation Questionnaire (CVQ). The results of the research and data analysis show that there is a positive relationship between career commitment and calling. If an employee has a high career commitment, calling will also increase. Vice versa, if the career commitment owned by the employee has decreased, then the calling owned by the employee is also lower
