PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN AKOMODATIF (SERVANT) TERHADAP KEBUTUHAN MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI PADA GURU

Achievement motivation is very important for teachers because it will have an impact on students, the careers of teachers and even schools. One of the factors that can increase achievement motivation is the leadership style applied by the principal. The principal must be wise in choosing a leadership style because it will affect the high and low achievement motivation of teachers. The purpose of this study was to see how much influence transformational leadership and accommodative leadership have on achievement motivation in teachers. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational design. There are 288 research respondents with the criteria of elementary school teachers who are domiciled in the city of Mataram, taken using a non-probability sampling technique, namely snowball. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect (p < 0.001) simultaneously between transformational leadership style and accommodative leadership style on achievement motivation in teachers. The contribution of transformational leadership style and accommodative leadership style to achievement motivation in teachers is 41.9%
