RESPON TANAMAN KAILAN (Brassica oleraceae L var. Alboglabra) TERHADAP PEMBERIAN PUPUK KOTORAN KAMBING DAN KONSENTRASI GIBERELIN

Kailan plant (Brassica oleraceae) is a type of vegetable that belongs to the cabbage family (Brassicaceae) originating from mainland China. The thing that becomes an obstacle in the production of kailan plants is the low level of soil fertility. So the way that can be done to increase the production of kailan plants is to maintain soil fertility from the land of kailan plant production. The purpose of this study was to determine the response to the growth of kailan plants with a combination of dose of goat manure and gibberellin concentration. Parameters observed were: plant height, stem diameter, number of leaves, leaf chlorophyll, leaf area, wet weight, and dry weight. The results of this study showed that there was an interaction between the dose of goat manure fertilizer and the concentration of gibberellins (K x G) which showed a significant effect on the dry weight variable of plants and had a very significant effect on the variable plant height at plant age 35 days after planting, stem diameter at plant age 35 days after planting, number of leaves at 35 DAP, leaf area, leaf chlorophyll, and wet weight. In goat manure (K) the response showed a very significant effect on the variables of plant height at 35 DAP, stem diameter at 35 DAP, number of leaves at 35 DAP, leaf area, leaf chlorophyll, wet weight and dry weight. At the concentration of gibberellins (G) the response had a significant effect on plant dry weight and had a very significant effect on the variables of plant height at 35 DAP, stem diameter at 35 DAP, number of leaves at 35 DAP, leaf area, leaf chlorophyll, wet weight and dry weight of the plant
