ANALISIS PENERAPAN KEBIJAKAN SEKOLAH RAMAH ANAK di SMP NEGERI 8 KOTA MALANG

This study aims to analyze (1) the implementation of child-friendly school policies at Junior High School 8 Malang; (2) constraints related to the implementation of child-friendly school policies at Junior High School 8 Malang (3) solutions in realizing the implementation of child-friendly school policies at Junior High School 8 Malang. This research method uses a qualitative research type with a descriptive approach conducted at Junior High School 8 Malang. The research was conducted from October to December 2020. The research subjects consisted of principals, vice principals, ppkn teachers, and students of Junior High School 8 Malang. Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, display data, conclusion/verification. The results showed: (1) the form of implementation of child-friendly school policy has been applied well (2) constraints related to the implementation of child-friendly school policies, among others there are 3 obstacles that come from students, coming from parents, and the last obstacles that come from the school (3) solutions in overcoming obstacles related to the implementation of friendly schools is to take an approach and awareness to students because not every student has different character and family environment so that it can not be treated equally need different handling , build communication to the child and pay as much attention as possible so that the child can understand if at any time there is a problem at home, open to each other when having conflicts and for teachers need to put aside their emotions to the students so as not to make things worse and can remember that the role of the teacher is an example for students
