PT Media Layar Independent is a company in the field of journalistic media that has been established and has been running its business process activities for approximately 2 years. PT Media Layar Independent underwent a late change so that there were several business processes that were less effective and efficient. PT Media Layar Independent needs to do a re-analysis of the business processes that have been running in depth and radical changes must be made. Business Process Reengineering (BPR) is a way to reengineer business processes and also use throughput efficiency tests to calculate efficiency in business processes, and business process analysis is mapped using American Society of Machanical Engineers (ASME) standards.
