PENGARUH STRUKTUR MODAL, RISIKO BISNIS DAN CSR TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN INDUSTRI MANUFAKTUR SUB SEKTOR MAKANAN DAN MINUMAN

Firm value is an investor's perception of the company and is often associated with the stock price of a company. There are several things that affect the value of the company, but the author only examines three variables, namely capital structure, business risk and CSR. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of capital structure, business risk and CSR on the value of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector. This research is an associative research type with quantitative data types. In collecting data this research uses documentation and sampling techniques. This study uses the SPSS program as a testing tool. The object of this research is the SUB Manufacturing Company in the Food and Beverage Sector which is listed on the IDX in the period 2018-2020. This study obtained the results that capital structure, business risk and CSR jointly affect firm value, capital structure has an effect on firm value, business risk has no effect on firm value and CSR has no effect on firm value
