BENTUK POLA ASUH MUSYRIFAH(PEMBIMBING ASRAMA) DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEMANDIRIAN SANTRI (STUDI DI SMA AR-ROHMAH PUTRI BOARDING SCHOOL KABUPATEN MALANG JAWA TIMUR)

This study aims to determine how the form ofparenting musyrifah in increasing the independence of students and how the form of independence of high school students at Ar-Rohmah Putri Boarding School. This study uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were determined by purposive sampling, namely the Head of the Dormitory Ar-Rohmah Putri, Musyrifah who had been in the boarding school for a long time, the Santri who had studied for 6 years at the Islamic boarding school, the Santri who had studied 3 years in the Islamic boarding school and data were collected through the Administration Section in the dormitory. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. While the analytical techniques in the study are data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results show that the form ofparenting musyrifah in increasing the independence of Ar-Rohmah Putri high school students is authoritarian and permissive parenting. This is concluded by researchers from the unity of thesystem musyrifah through the Key Performance Index program and its application in daily life. While the form of independence of students is formed through a unified system, namely the Cumulative Performance Index. So that the independence of high school students who are still not formed while in boarding school is emotional independence, economic independence, and intellectual independence. And the independence that has been formed is independence in adapting to the environment or called social independence
