This study aims to determine the content level of ash, fat, and crude fiber in egg yolk from four different types of pure line native chicken, and to find out the effects of the content amounts toward the process of embryo development. The materials used in this study were white native chicken, ranupani chicken, golden Arabian chicken, and wareng chicken. The determination of the ash, crude fat and crude fiber level content in each egg yolks were analyzed at the Nutrition and Husbandry laboratory of University of Muhammadiyah Malang by utilizing the proximate analysis.
