PROSEDUR PENGAJUAN KLAIM DAN PERHITUNGAN PRODUK TABUNGAN HARI TUA PADA KANTOR CABANG PT ASABRI (PERSERO) MALANG

The writing of this study aims to identify the process of submitting claims, calculations, and benefits of Old Age Savings to pensioners at the Branch Office of PT ASABRI (PERSERO) Malang. The method used in this study are qualitative and quantitative methods. Techniques for data collection are documentation and interview system. The research location at the Branch Office of PT ASABRI (Persero) Malang at Ruko Raden Intan Square kav. 74/ I, Arjosari Village, Blimbing District, Malang City. The results prove that the claim submission process at the Branch Office of PT ASABRI (PERSERO) Malang is in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), the calculation of Old Age Savings is in accordance with Minister of Defense Regulation No. 14 of 2013 and the benefits obtained for PT ASABRI participants ( PERSERO) is very helpful for retiring participants
