PROBLEMATIKA PEMBANGUNAN DESA WISATA KALIANYAR MUMBUL DI DESA KALIANYAR KECAMATAN KAPAS KABUPATEN BOJONEGORO

This study examines the problems of the development of the Kalianyar Mumbul Tourism Village in Kalianyar Village, Kapas District, BojonegoroRegency. The purpose of this study is to explain the problems of the development of the Kalianyar Mumbul Tourism Village and the efforts made by the management to overcome the problems of the development of the Kalianyar Mumbul Tourism Village, This study uses a descriptive type of qualitative approach. The techniquefor determining the subject is purposive, while the data collection techniques are interviews, documentation and observation. Data analysis techniques with interactive models (Milles and Hubberman) are data collection, data reduction, data presentation Technique of data validity using source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the problem with the development of the Kalianyar Mumbul Tourism Village in Kalianyar Village, Kapas District, Bojonegoro Regency because it does not see the main components of the tourist village. The main components of a Tourism Village are: 1) Accommodation, 2) Attractions, 3) Natural beauty. For the efforts made by the manager, namely: 1) Socialization, 2) Fixing public facilities, 3) Providing activities to the community. The result of the research is that the attraction of tourists to visit the tourist village is very less. Because the management has not been maximized in terms of accommodation, attractions and natural beauty. The accommodation in the tourist village does not yet exist such as incomplete facilities but the manager tries to add other facilities such as public toilets, attractions, namely activities held in the tourist village, but the manager provides activities every Saturday & Sunday for morning exercises and music conserts, as well as the natural beaty that is served only by the management, namely the planting of trees. The management of the tourist village is still continuing to improve to build a tourist village so that it is more widely know and visited by tourists
