Background: The situation of the Covid-19 pandemic besides bringing about major changes in the order of daily life, such as the obligation to exercise physical distancing, the mandatory use of masks, and the PSBB also have an impact on various lines of community life. The economic impact that is clearly visible, on sufferers of suspected Covid-19 and positive sufferers of Covid-19, apart from experiencing a decline in health, there is a more serious impact felt by these sufferers, namely community stigma, some are negative. psychological effects when they get negative arguments and disclosures. identity on social media, including patients who are positive for Covid-19. Purpose This study is to know the description of mental conditions in patients with positive Covid. Method This research uses qualitative research using a case study research strategy or case study search using a purposive sample (purposive sample). Data were collected with 4 participants, namely 1 husband and wife pair, 1 security and family of respondents 1 and 2 with the duration of the interview for each participant for 45 minutes. Result In this case study research, the researcher can conclude that when a patient knows that he is exposed to a coronavirus infection there are several responses, namely Anxietas in the initial patient tested positive for Covid, the general condition of the patient when declared covid, the relationship of family support with the patient's recovery, the patient making efforts to heal, and improvement. spiritual aspects of covid patients. Discussion From this study, support from relatives and family is the most important thing for improving the health status of patients with positive Covid
