The 2013 curriculum has learning targets that is analytical skiils, evaluating, and creating skills, that must be in learning the HOTS method. So we have to do learning process to think at a high level in the learning process. The porpose of this research is (1) Application ot the HOTS learning method at SDN Girimoyo 02 Malang Regency in thematic learning (2) Problems in the application by using HOTS method in thematic learning, and (3) Solutions to some problems whe using the HOTS learning method.
