PEMANFAATAN INSTAGRAM SEBAGAI MEDIA PROMOSI WARUNG KOPI DI MASA PANDEMI (Studi pada Pengelola Coffee Simposium di Probolinggo)

Social media is an online media that develops as a means of interaction between various groups around the world. With the internet and the ease of access nowadays, making information spread widely and quickly without requiring a large enough cost. The advantages of this internet can be maximized again by interactive social media users to promote through Instagram social media. This study aims to describe the use of Instagram as a promotional media for coffee shops during the pandemic. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. The manager of the symposium cafe consists of 3 (three) people who are the subject of research with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis in the form of (data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing) using the triangulation method as a test of data validity. The result of the research is the use of Instagram social media is motivated by the Cafe Symposium manager and the marketing division of the Probolinggo Symposium Cafe through the use of social media in the form of Instagram. In addition, they also have goals, benefits and impacts and choices in using Instagram social media as a promotional media carried out by the manager and marketing division of the Symposium Cafe
