STRATEGI MANAJEMEN KONFLIK DALAM ORGANISASI MAHASISWA ( Studi Pada Pengurus Koperasi Mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang )

As one of the student organizations of the University of Muhammadiyah Malang Cooperative (KOPMA) an organization is formed which consists of leaders and staff or subordinates, of course interpersonal relationships are needed to build togetherness within the organization, moreover, this secretariat has the task of accommodating, refuting, criticizing and appreciating members and consumers towards cooperative services so that interaction is needed with each other. Criticism and evaluation in carrying out tasks are very important in order to get maximum results and goals. This thesis is the result of a qualitative research entitled "strategy of conflict management in student organizations". This research was conducted to answer the formulation of the problem, namely; How is the conflict management strategy in the student cooperative organization of the University of Muhammadiyah Malang? This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. This research is located at Pos Mako, 1st Floor, University of Muhammadiyah Malang, with the object of research being the analysis of conflict management strategies in student organizations. While the research subject is the Chairman of the Organization and administrators of student cooperatives at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang, data collection through interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the analysis of conflict management strategies in student organizations is a compromise strategy often referred to as a lose-lose strategy
