STUDI LITERATUR: FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI RESUSITASI JANTUNG PARU (RJP) BERKUALITAS TINGGI PADA CPR TRAINING

Background : Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is the main key in the management of cardiac arrest. However, not all cardiopulmonary resuscitation can be said to be of high quality. The provision of CPR that is done manually by humans tends to be of less quality. The purpose of this study was to review the literature on the factors that influence high-quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in CPR training. Methods: This study uses the Literature Study method with inclusion criteria in the form of English journals published in the last 10 years (2011-2020), Design Studies (Randomized Controlled Trial, and Cohort Studies, and Cross Sectional, Quasi Experimental). accessed full text, the population in the journal is bystander and medical personnel. Assessment of study quality using the Joanna Briggs Institute. Data analysis using Thematic Analysis. Results: Based on 18 journal findings that have been analyzed, several themes related to the factors that affect high-quality CPR in CPR Training were found. There were 5 journals that mentioned the helper's gender factor, 6 journals described the helper BMI factor, 4 journals mentioned the fatigue factor, 3 journals explained the physical activity factor, and 4 journals explained that training and knowledge factors had an effect on high-quality CPR. Discussion: Based on 18 journals that have been analyzed, the results obtained are factors that influence high quality Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation in CPR Training, namely the sex of the rescuer, the body mass index of the rescuer, the fatigue factor of the rescuer, the physical activity factor of the helper, and the training factor. and auxiliary knowledg
