Hubungan Kepemimpinan Klinis Perwat Gawat Darurat Terhadap Tim Dinamis Resusitasi Pada Henti Jantung

Background: Clinical leadership is the ability of nurses to improve quality and safety during care with innovation and creativity in organizational processes and nursing practice. The role of nurses is to deal with patients with cardiac emergencies in hospitals in providing treatment for the first treatment of patients with cardiac arrest. The condition of permanent brain death is prevented by administering pulmonary cardiac resuscitation and immediately distributing it to restore normal heart function.. Aim : The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship of clinical leadership of emergency nurses to dynamic team resuscitation on cardiac arrest Method: The study design used was cross sectional to determine the relationship of clinical leadership of emergency nurses to dynamic team resuscitation on cardiac arrest. This research was conducted in November 2017-November 2018. The research subjects were emergency nurses who were leaders of the cardiac arrest resuscitation team with a purposive sampling method. Analysis of the data used is chi square with a significance level of 0.05%. Results: Obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.641 means that the level of strength of the correlation relationship between the two variables is in the strong category. The results of the analysis show p value = 0,000 where the p value is smaller than the value of α = 0.05, H1 is accepted and Ho is rejected so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between clinical leadership of emergency nurses on dynamic team resuscitation on cardiac arrest. Conclusion: research showed emergency nurses competent in leadership clinical.Emergency nurses who became team dynamic resuscitation successfully.A significant relation exists leadership team clinical to dynamic resuscitation
