GAMBARAN PENGALAMAN PASIEN FRAKTUR FEMUR TANPA OPERASI DAN DENGAN OPERASI DI WILAYAH KEDUNGKANDANG KOTA MALANG

Femur fracture is a discontinuity of the femoral shaft that can be caused by trauma such as falling from a height or a traffic accident. Mobilization is an individual's ability to move freely, easily and regularly with the aim of meeting the needs of activities in order to maintain their health. The purpose of knowing the picture of mobilization in patients with femur fractures without surgery and with surgery. This research method uses qualitative method by doing case study approach, data retrieval method using interview technique, observation, and also documentation. The samples taken by four respondents were non- surgical femur fracture patients as well as their biological children and femur fracture patients with surgery and their children. The result of this is obtained 11 themes, namely: (1) Causes of fractures (femur fractures), (2) Treatment that has been taken, (3) Reasons for making decisions about whether or not to perform surgery, (4) Changes - changes that occur after fractures, (5) Daily activities of patients, (6) Types of patient work, (7) Regularity of patients treated today, (8) Influence - influence on daily activities, (9) Constraints that arise in this time , (10) An overview of the obstacles that arise, (11) How to uncover the obstacles that arise. Discussion of the results of this study can be concluded that found 11 themes that explain the Overview of experience in patiens with femoral fracture without Surgery and with Surgery The picture can be found from the cause of fractures (femur fractures), treatment that has been taken, the reasons for making decisions whether or not to perform surgery, changes that arise after fractures, daily activities of patients, patient work, regularity of patients treated , the influence - the influence after fractures on daily activities, obstacles that arise ahkir - ahkir this, a picture of the constraints that arise, the way the patient reveals the current constraints. Patients without surgery still often feel difficulty in their activities while patients with surgery already feel their legs back as before the fractures
