IDENTIFIKASI FAKTOR PENYEBAB KETIDAKPATUHAN PROTOKOL KESEHATAN COVID 19 PADA LANSIA Di Daerah Kabupaten Blitar Tahun 2020

The non- compliance of the elderly in carrying out the daily Covid-19 health protocol is influenced by several factors, including age (forgetfulness), physical factors (difficulty breathing), family support / motivation factors and health education factors. Disobedience is often a barrier for a person to carry out medical orders and advice. Prevention of Covid-19 is a recommendation that needs to be done in everyday life, especially for the elderly, because the elderly have decreased their immune system (immune system). The aim of the study was to determine the factors that cause elderly disobedience in implementing the Covid-19 Health Protocol in Blitar Regency. The research design used in this approach is a qualitative approach with a case study approach strategy or Case Study Research, which examines a problem through a single case study. Collecting data using semi-structured interview techniques and using triangulation of sources, namely P1 (Tn.S) is a participant, P2 (Mrs. SR) is her second child, and P3 (Ny.SM) is her first child. Analysis of the data in this study using domain analysis. The results of this case study research obtained 5 themes from the factors that cause non-compliance with the Covid-19 health protocol in the elderly, namely the age factor who experiences cognitive decline, forgetfulness, physical condition (perception of tightness), lack of family support / motivation, and environmental factors does not apply the Covid-19 health protocol
