IDENTIFIKASI FAKTOR PENYEBAB KETIDAKAKTIFAN LANSIA DALAM MENGIKUTI POSYANDU DI DESA NGABAB

Background: The inactivity of the elderly in participating in posyandu activities can be influenced by two factors, namely intrinsic factors and extrinsic factors. Posyandu has a health service program and care for the elderly through several aspects, namely promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors causing the inactivity of the elderly in following the posyandu in Ngabab village. The research design used in this approach is a qualitative approach with a case study approach strategy or Case Study Rescearch. Data collection (Domain Analysis) using semi structured techniques and using triangulation of sources, namely P1 (Ny.U) is a participant, P2 (Tn.M) is a husband and P3 (Ny.I) is a child. The results of this case study research show that there are 2 themes, namely intrinsic factors including occupational factors, educational factors, age factors, physical condition factors and extrinsic factors, which include the COVID-19 pandemic factor, family support factors, and distance factors. The discussion of the results of the research on the identification of factors causing elderly inactivity in participating in posyandu in Ngabab village, this case study concluded that the inactivity of respondents was caused by two factors, namely intrinsic factors which include occupational factors, educational factors, age factors and physical condition factors and extrinsic factors including pandemic covid factors. -19, family support factor and distance factor.
