ANALISIS PRODUKTIVITAS TENAGA KERJA WANITA PADA HOME INDUSTRY TENUN SONGKET DI DESA POTO KECAMATAN MOYO HILIR, KABUPATEN SUMBAWA

This study aims to determine the effect of age, education level, and work experience of women's work productivity in the songket weaving home industry in Poto Village, Moyo Hilir, Sumbawa Regency. The method used to analyze in this study is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that the variables age, education level and work experience have a positive and significant effect on the productivity of female workers. This is indicated by the value of prob = 0.001 and F = 6.662. As for the variables age and work experience partially have a significant effect on the productivity of female labor. This is indicated by the prob value. = 0.002 and t (age) = 3.352, t (work experience) = 2.350. While the variable for the level of education obtained the value of prob = 0.352 and t = 0.358 the level of education has no effect on the productivity of female labor. The conclusion of this study is that the effect of age , the level of education and work experience on the productivity of female workers in the songket woven home industry in Poto Village, Moyo HiliR, Sumbawa Regency is 38%
