EFEK PEMANFAATAN FIGUR JOKOWI SEBAGAI AGEN SENTRAL PARTAI DALAM KAMPANYE TERHADAP ELEKTABILITAS CALEG PDIP DI PEMELIHAN LEGISLATIF KOTA BATU

The results of this study can be taken into consideration for the Batu City Election Commission and Batu City PDIP in knowing the Effect of the Jokwi Figure Utilization. This type of research includes qualitative descriptive research, which examines the quality of relationships, situation activities, with a strong emphasis on comprehensive descriptions in describing the details of everything that occurs in certain activities or situations. The subjects of this study were KPU Kota Batu and PDIP Batu City, namely, KPU Commissioner and Secretary General of PDIP Kota Batu. Data collection techniques in this study include: observation, namely seeing directly the situation in the field, documentation, which means collecting data in writing or existing archives to strengthen evidence of data and archives obtained, interviews, communication with research subjects related to the focus of the study. The results of this study related to the theory of Miles and Hubberman show that, in the utilization of Jokowi's coat-tail effect, it really has a good effect on legislative candidates
