A good indicator in analyzing growth in a region is GRDP, which is also a parameter for assessing regional economic growth. East Java Province is a province with high regional economic growth achievements. This is supported by the factors of labor, local revenue and government spending, which are classified as adequate. In terms of the workforce itself, East Java Province has a very large population so that it is able to become a supporting factor for economic growth in East Java. Meanwhile, Local Own Revenue is an important factor in the progress of the rate of economic growth, because from this income it contributes to the development sector, and finally in terms of government spending, which is always increasing, indicating that more activities are financed by the government budget so that the expected multiplier effect will also increase. great for infrastructure and more. This study aims to determine the effect of workforce, local revenue, and government spending on regional economic growth in 38 districts / cities in East Java province for the 2015-2019 period. By using panel data analysis, it is found that the variables of Workforce, Local Own Income, and Government Expenditures have a positive and significant effect on regional economic growth
