In reducing dysmenorrhoea pain is usually used 2 methods of handling, namely pharmacology and non-pharmacology. Mefenamic acid, ibuprofen, and turmeric-based herbs are examples of frequently used farmakologi treatments. Not infrequently also in the handler of dysmenorrhoea teenagers doing sports, hot therapy and massage. Endorphine massage is a massage that is developed for the reduction of pain during the birth process and can be used to reduce dysmenorrhoea pain. In addition, modification of chinese treatment acupuncture, acupressure can be an alternative in lowering dysmenorrhoea pain. Purpose : Knowing the effect of endorpine massage and acupressure point san yin jiao on the reduction of primary dysmenorrheaaa pain. Research Method : This research is quantitative research using quasi experimental research design study approach study pre and post test two group design. With a student population of SMAN 7 Bengkulu Utara. Result : Result of mann-whitney test obtained value p= 0,003 which means the receipt of H1 Conclusion: The influence of massage endorphine and acupressure is effective in lowering primary dysmenorrhoea pain in students of SMAN 7 Bengkulu Utara. With endorphine massage it is more significant to reduce pain descriptively, but statistically the administration of endorphine massage and acupressure there is no difference between the two due to the same sigification value of 0.000
