The Covid-19 pandemic is a disaster that is very disturbing for all people in the world. All human life is very disturbed, one of which is education. Many countries have decided to close schools, colleges and universities, including Indonesia. The learning system has also been changed from offline or face-to-face to online or distance learning through social media. Many obstacles are felt by parents during a pandemic like this. Jobs that are ineffective or have to work from home, take care of family members, and also guide children in online learning. The survey results showed that the stress level of parents who had children studying at home at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic showed moderate stress levels of around 75.34%. The purpose of this research is to determine the stress management of parents in guiding children's online learning during a pandemic. The method of this research is uses qualitative research. Qualitative research is research that uses data collection in a scientific setting with the intention of interpreting the phenomena that occur in which the researcher is the key instrument, data collection techniques using triangulation as a test of kabsahan, and analysis using domain data analysis. The results of this case study research can be broadly summarized into 4 themes, namely: self-control, seeking social support, confrontation, and problem solving
