Super red dragon fruit skin is a plant that can be developed as an antibacterial agent. The content of secondary metabolite compounds in the skin of dragon fruit is super red, such as alkaloids, terpenoids, saponins,flavonoids, phenol, acetic acid and acid format. The content of these compounds is able to control the growth of Streptococcus mutans ATCC 25175 bacteria. The research objective was to determine the effect of the concentration of super red dragon fruit peel extract on the inhibition zone of the growth of the bacterium Streptococcus mutans ATCC 25175 and to use the results of this study as a source of learning biology. This study used a real experimental research type with a post-test only control group design with a quantitative approach. The experimental design used was a completely randomized design (CRD) with 10 treatment concentrations, each with three repetitions. Analysis of the data used was the normality test (Shapiro-Wilk), homogeneity test (Levene-Test), non-parametric test (Kruskal Wallis) and advanced test. The results showed that the concentration of super red dragon fruit peel extract had an effect on the growth of Streptococcus mutans ATCC 25175. The best treatment was at a concentration of 70% with an average diemater of inhibition zone 5.23 mm.
