The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on turnover intention at Hotel Putra Jaya Gresik. This type of research is quantitative research. The population used in this study were all employees at Hotel Putra Jaya Gresik, samples taken were 40 respondents. Research data collection techniques through interviews and questionnaires. The variable measurement technique used the Likert scale. The classical assumption test uses the normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test.
