Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is a neurodegenerative disease characterized by progressive loss of cognitive functions. As a natural antioxidant source, Tualang honey (TH) produced by wild bees (Apis dorsata) is expected to have a positive influence on human health, including cognitive function.
