National audienceTo make the existence, the construction and the preservation of territories possible, the search for new resources has increased as well as the endeavours for valorisation, synergism or creation of resources. This can occur by considering the perspective of the project through the interactions between territorial actors. Such unified image of the territorial project appears too recurrent if not to conceal a number of differences, oppositions, tensions, and a high number of controls.
