Introductory Economics: One class's lasting impacts on climate and social policy

In the midst of a climate crisis and growing social inequity, our economic mindset must adapt to our current reality. While some form of introductory economics is taken by 40% of undergraduate students across the US, these courses are not centered around the environmental and social contexts that researchers have shown affect our economy.
