KACANG KEDELAI MUDA UNTUK KELANCARAN ASI

Background Breast milk is the first natural food for babies. Breast milk provides all the energy and nutrients a baby needs for the first months of life. Lack of breast milk production results in the practice of breastfeeding in infants is not met. The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of edamame beans on the production of breast milk in postpartum mothers at the Pratama Clinic Yuliana Suci in East Simeulue Subdistrict of Aceh Province.Methods This research uses Quasy Eksperiment Design using one Group Pretest-Postest Design. The population in this study is all postpartum mothers day 2-7 amounted to 6 people and a sample of 6 people. this research uses purposive sampling technique with univariate and bivariate analysis. The results of the study obtained from data analysis with Wilcoxon test showed in mothers who postpartum can be concluded pre-test and post-test edamame beans. The results in the table are known that the value of P- value (0.025) < α0.05 then H0 rejected Ha received which means there is an influence of pre-test and post-test on the administration of edamame beans on the production of breast milk in postpartum mothers in the Pratama Clinic Yuliana Suci District East Simeulue Aceh Province Year 2020.The conclusions in this study showed the results that there is an influence of edamame beans on the production of breast milk in postpartum mothers. Suggestion It is expected that at the pratama clinic to provide information to breastfeeding mothers in increasing milk production, they can consume young soybeans. Keywords: Edamame Beans, Breast milk Production, Mrs. Postpartum ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : ASI adalah makanan pertama yang alami untuk bayi. ASI menyediakan semua energi dan nutrisi yang dibutuhkan bayi untuk bulan-bulan pertama kehidupan. Kurangnya produksi ASI mengakibatkan praktik pemberian ASI pada bayi tidak terpenuhi.Tujuan Penelitian : Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian kacang kedelai muda (kacang edamame) terhadap produksi asi pada ibu postpartum di Klinik Pratama Suci Yuliana Kecamatan Simeulue Timur Provinsi Aceh.Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini menggunakan Quasy Eksperiment Design (Rancangan Eksperiment Semu) dengan menggunakan rancangan one Group Pretest-Postest Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh ibu postpartum hari ke 2-7 berjumlah 6 orang dan sampel 6 orang.Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan analisa univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan dari analisa data dengan uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan pada ibu yang postpartum dapat disimpulkan pemberian kacang kedelai muda (kacang edamame) pre-test dan post-test. Hasil pada tabel diketahui bahwa nilai P- value (0.025) < α0.05 maka H0 ditolak Ha diterima yang artinya terdapat pengaruh pre-test dan post-test pada pemberian kacang kedelai muda (kacang edamame) terhadap produksi ASI pada ibu postpartum di Klinik Pratama Suci Yuliana Kecamatan Simeulue Timur Provinsi Aceh.Kesimpulan : dalam penelitian ini menunjukan hasil bahwa ada pengaruh kacang kedelai muda (kacang edamame) terhadap produksi ASI pada ibu postpartum.Saran : diharapkan pada klinik agar memberikan informasi pada ibu menyusui dalam meningkatkan produksi ASI dapt mengkonsumsi kacang kedelai.
