Penyuluhan kesehatan berbasis kearifan lokal tentang pemberian vaksin Measles Rubella (MR) pada anak di Pugung Raharjo Kecamatan Sekampung Udik Kabupaten Lampung Timur

Health promotion based on local wisdom against the Measles Rubella (MR) vaccine to children Background: The target of achieving MR vaccine was 95.12%, with the highest achievement in Sumberejo Health Center reached 118.01% and the lowest in Bumi Emas Health Center was 73.86% and Pugung Raharjo Health Center was 95.80% which still lack achievement bythe Minimum Achievement Standard (SPM).Purpose: To know effectiveness health promotion based on local wisdom against the Measles Rubella (MR) vaccine to childrenMethod: This research was quantitative with a quasi-experimental design. The study held in January - March 2019 at the UPTD Pugung Raharjo Health Center, Sekampung Udik District, East Lampung Regency. The population in this study was mothers who had children aged 1-15 years. The study sample was 20 participants. The object in this study was anxiety before and after health education. Data collection was using a questionnaire. Data analysis used the independent t-test.Results: In the group after being given health promotion had a decrease in anxiety levels for mothers who did not provide Measles-Rubella vaccine with a difference 7.600 point with statistical results obtained t-test > t table, 20.013> 1.725, p-value = 0,000 (p-value t tabel, 20.013> 1.725, p-value = 0,000 (p-value < α = 0,05)Simpulan: Ada pengaruh penyuluhan kesehatan terhadap kecemasan ibu yang tidak memberikan vacinasi MR. Saran untuk meningkatkan kesadaran ibu serta masyarakat terhadap pentingnya vacinasi MR, dengan mengikuti penyuluhan yang diberikan oleh petugas dan membaca leaflet yang disediakan oleh petugas. Pemberian informasi sebaiknya dilakukan dengan teknik kunjungan rumah secara rutin karena lebih efektif menggunakan lembar balik untuk penyuluhan serta menyebar leaflet atau menempel poster yang berisikan tentang manfaat vacinasi MR.
