A Study on Work-Life Balance of IT work from Home During Covid-19 Lockdown

The pandemic situation made the economy stable where everything including people, funds, goods, service providers, intermediaries got locked up at homes and their places. The best and only solution the world has got is Work from Home. It has been the best solution to keep the economy running, at the same time, keeping people safe at homes. Work from home has been envisioned as the future, and had been long viewed as a promising prospect that could free all people from the confines of physical offices. However, for many, work from home remained a motivational tool, as going to a physical office for work was mandated for productive, efficient, and collaborative working. Now, thanks to the unprecedented challenges that Covid-19 has thrown at the world, an alternate universe has abruptly emerged. Suddenly the offices are dark and desolate edifices, standing lonely and deserted, wondering where the army of occupants that swarmed them have disappeared.
