Review in the Health Psychological and Economic Impacts of the COVID-19 Pandemic

The emergence of the new Corona virus, COVID-19, at the end of 2019 in Wuhan, the capital of the Chinese province of Hubei, constituted a state of anxiety and panic that quickly spread to all countries of the world, in addition to the frightening and terrifying numbers of deaths as a result of its rapid spread and the difficulty of controlling it from a medical point of view. This pandemic had repercussions on various aspects of life that burdened humanity with the difficulty of dealing with it, and economic. The British National Statistics Office, in cooperation with the University of Oxford, the University of Manchester and the World Health Organization, confirmed that despite the rapid spread of infection, the number of deaths did not exceed the previous one, meaning that the mutated virus, despite the genetic evolution, was unable to kill groups with high immunity, meaning it did not differ from the strain old in it. According to the survey conducted by the British Office for National Statistics, the incubation period did not change from the old strain from (2-14) days, and symptoms ranged from mild to severe depending on the immunity of the infected person. As for the temperature in the old strains, it was 19%, while in the new modified strain it was by 22%, coughing increased by (28-35%) and muscle pain in the new strain increased by (21-24%) and sore throat (19-22)%
