The purpose of this research is to investigate the performance of flat slab system of G+10 vertical irregular high rise building structure with different forces acting on the structure. The analysis G+10 structure (0 % 200 % and 300%) vertical irregularity. We have made total 15 modeled and results of these 15 models were compared. Response spectrum analysis provides more accurate results. Therefore flat slab system in regular, 200% and300% Irregular high rise buildings shear wall (with and without) at various location and opening is carried out Comparison in made between Bending Moment, Shear force and Storey drift
