This paper reveals the responses of society on the path to the new controversial students receiving zoning policies. The zoning policy is aimed at primary schools, middle school, high school, and vocational. In order to organize educational access, equitable quality of education, eliminating the preferred and non-favorite school decontamination. On the other hand, the policy was responded in the form of acceptance and denial.
