Práctica docente en tiempos de pandemia: Retos y Propuestas

This article analyzes the challenges and proposals of teachers in times of pandemic in their teaching practice, for which a mixed orientation of exploratory descriptive scope, of transversal type cohort through the application of surveys to teachers, was proposed for the verification of the achievements achieved and the conflicts that were found from the educational actors in this emerging process of teaching-learning. Having used the research, we learned about the challenges and proposals that they applied in teaching practice and determined what were the alternative solutions to the difficulties that were presented to them as the pandemic progressed. As a conclusion it can be indicated from the research that it was established that the challenges faced by teachers were, not knowing how to adapt the curricular contents to the context that was being lived, in addition to the ignorance of digital tools and educational platforms.En el presente artículo se analiza los retos y propuestas de los docentes en tiempos de pandemia en su práctica docente, para lo cual se propuso una orientación mixta de alcance descriptivo exploratorio, de cohorte de tipo transversal mediante la aplicación de encuestas a docentes, para la verificación de los logros alcanzados y los conflictos que se encontró desde los actores educativos en este proceso emergente de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Al haber empleado la investigación se conoció los retos y propuestas que aplicaron en la práctica docente y se determinó cuáles fueron las alternativas de solución ante las dificultades que se les presentaron a medida que avanzo la pandemia. Como conclusión se puede indicar de la investigación que se estableció que los retos que afrontaron los docentes fueron, el no saber adaptar los contenidos curriculares al contexto que se estaba viviendo, además el desconocimiento de las herramientas digitales y plataformas educativas
