This article analyzes the challenges and proposals of teachers in times of pandemic in their teaching practice, for which a mixed orientation of exploratory descriptive scope, of transversal type cohort through the application of surveys to teachers, was proposed for the verification of the achievements achieved and the conflicts that were found from the educational actors in this emerging process of teaching-learning. Having used the research, we learned about the challenges and proposals that they applied in teaching practice and determined what were the alternative solutions to the difficulties that were presented to them as the pandemic progressed.
