Consulta previa libre e informada respecto al caso Sarayaku en Ecuador

The following investigation is presented below, which assumed the general objective of the legal analysis concerning the Free and Informed Prior Consultation of the Sarayaku case in Ecuador, as the administration of justice. The exploration was deployed from a quantitative approach with a descriptive methodology with a non-experimental design, which was supported by the documentary-bibliographic examination. A bibliographic search was carried out in a methodical way of the existing investigation through a meticulous investigation, choosing and evaluating different sources: Ecuadorian legislation, scientific articles and texts, the technique used was the documentary which allowed the collection of information and State the theoretical treatises related to the investigated topic, managing to structure it by means of the analytical-synthetic method. It concludes on the existence of the violation of the rights of the indigenous town of Sarayaku in Ecuador, highlighting the damage caused in social, environmental, cultural, territorial aspects, among others.A continuación, se presenta la siguiente investigación que asumió el objetivo general del análisis jurídico concerniente a la Consulta Previa Libre e Informada del caso Sarayaku en el Ecuador, como administración de justicia. La exploración se desplegó a partir de un enfoque cuantitativo con una metodología descriptiva con diseño no experimental, la cual se apoyó en el examen documental–bibliográfico. Se realizó una búsqueda bibliográfica de modo metódico de la averiguación existente a través de una meticulosa indagación, eligiendo y evaluando pertinentemente diferentes fuentes: legislación ecuatoriana, articulo científicos y textos, la técnica que se empleó fue la documental lo que permitió la recopilación de información y enunciar los tratados teóricos relacionados con el tema investigado, lográndolo estructurar mediante el método analítico-sintético. Se concluye, sobre la existencia de la vulneración de los derechos del poblado indígena de Sarayaku de Ecuador, destacando los daños ocasionados en aspectos sociales, ambientales, culturales, territoriales entre otros
