AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of stress, social environment and locus of control on student achievement index. While the independent variables used in this study are Stress, Social Environment and Locus Of Control and the dependent variable is the Student Achievement Index. The sample used in this study was a convenience sampling technique consisting of 51 students. Then the research data is processed using instrument tests, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, namely f test, t test and determination test (R2).The results of this study indicate that stress, social environment and locus of control simultaneously and partially affect student achievement index.
