The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of compensation and job insecurity on the intention turnover of banking employees in Palembang. This study employs independent variable compensation (X1) and Job Insecurity (X2), as well as Turnover Intention (Y). The data collection in this study employed a questionnaire method that was distributed to 125 banking employees in the city of Palembang by using a purposive sampling method. Furthermore, the data was analyzed by using SPSS 19.0 for Windows. Free compensation variable (X1) and Job Insecurity (X2) partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable Turnover Intention (Y).
